Honestly, it doesn't get better than this. Mossimo leggings at Target are $6.00 each. I tested them out first before I posted to see how they did through washing. They're great! Ladies, while you're there, please grab a few extra long shirts to cover the derriere. And yes, 1990 called and they want their leggings back! Everything comes full circle I guess - leggings and flats were all I wore in high school.
